Ingredients:

1 small head cabbage, shredded

6 green onions, chopped

½ cup sliced almonds

½ cup sunflower seeds, shelled

1 package Maruchan ramen noodles (I prefer the chili flavored)

½ cup canola/vegetable oil

3 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

It is super important to use the brand Maruchan Ramen!!! I have used top ramen before and it sucks honestly lol.

Combine cabbage and green onions in serving dish.

Crunch up dry ramen noodles and set aside.

In a separate container, mix together ramen seasoning packet, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper for salad dressing.

Just before serving, combine crunched noodles and nuts to cabbage and onion. Pour dressing over top and toss to mix.

P.S. This is my favorite go to salad for events. It's easy, delicious and it feeds a crowd!
